Villa Caramontino

The villa is located in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, South Corsica and overlooking the famous Pinarello bay.

At the top of the hill, villa with seaview and mountain view on the Alta Rocca mountains.

The villa has been completely refurbished over the last 2 years and is nicely decorated to enjoy perfect vacations.

Rooms with a view. This south-facing sunny villa is full of bright seaside color. Each room has its style. We love the large pool, the high-end, sleek finish and the wonderful views overs Pinarello Bay and the Alta Rocca mountains.

The accommodation

Organised on 3 levels, several families can have there own space while sharing the wonderful common spaces:

- Level 3: master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom (bath + shower + WC), its private terrace overlooking the bay and a large closet

- Level 2: living room with mountain view (balcony) with TV, dining room with access to the large terrace and pool, sea view; large kitchen with a US fridge and another fridge / freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave; a bedroom (double bed) with wonderful sea view; a large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC

- Level 1: a bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower + WC and independant access; a large kids' bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with mountain view. Kids bedroom and mountain view bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC.

Outside, there is a nice garden with local trees and plants, a "petanque" space, heated pool 10*5 (April to October), a table for 10-12 people, a barbecue

The location

This residence is just halfway between the beach resort of Pinarello and the little village of Sainte-Lucie-de Porto-Vecchio in Zonza, south-east Corsica. The villa is a 4-minute drive to the closest beach and a 9-minute drive from Pinarello and its sandy beach. Porto-Vecchio, 30 minutes south, is full of sparkling yachts and chic boutiques, plus plenty of family-friendly restaurants.

Travel info

The closest airport is Figari–Sud Corse (50 minutes' drive) but you also can land in Airport Bastia-Poretta (BIA) (1h, 40 mins). To arrive by boat, dock in in Bastia or Porto Vecchio.

Pinarello Villa Services, the conciergerie, to welcome you, organise cleaning and provide bed sheets + towels

Minimum stay: 7 nights. The swimming pool has an electric shutter but no gate – the pool is open from April to October and is heated at no additional charge.

The house is on top of a hill, so access is steep. Car hire is mandatory to access the property.
